SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Times We ship to customers in the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • International: 14-30 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. She Divine Wellness is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
